Eligibility:
- Street vendors with a Certificate of Vending/Identity Card issued by Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).
- Those identified in ULB surveys but awaiting certificates.

- Through participating banks or via the JanSamarth portal.
- Look for special camps organized by ULBs for application assistance.
