- Conducting fire drills in schools, hospitals, industries, and offices
- Training of municipal staff and private institutions in basic fire safety
- Promotion of safe practices and emergency preparedness
- Infrastructure & Equipment Management
- Maintenance of fire stations and sub-stations
- Upkeep of fire engines, hydraulic platforms, rescue tools, and PPE
